Galouti Kebab

Galouti Kebab Recipe by Rubab Zehra

Serves 4

  1. 1 kg Mutton Minced
  2. 3 tbsp Hanson’s Ginger-Garlic Paste
  3. 1 tbsp Butter
  4. 3 tbsp Hanson’s Papaya Paste
  5. 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  6. ΒΌ tsp Garam Masala Powder
  7. Half cup Daal Chana (Slightly Roasted)
  8. Very thinly chopped onions
  9. Salt (for taste)
  10. Oil



Mix all the ingredients very well with the minced meat & refrigerate for two hours. Make small patties of the mixtuer & deep fry. Serve the Galouti Kebab hot with onion rings & mint chutney.
