Pasta with Mushroom Sauce

Pasta with Mushroom Sauce by Nighat Nadeem

Serves: 4

  1. 90 ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  2. 450 gms Mushrooms (sliced)
  3. ½ small bowl Hanson’s Fried Onions
  4. 4 tsp Hanson’s Garlic Paste
  5. 30 gms Fresh Parsley (chopped)
  6. 12 Olives (pitted, halved)
  7. 400 ml Fresh Cream
  8. 500 gms Pasta
  9. Salt & Pepper (for taste)



Warm olive oil in a sauce pan & gently sauté Hanson’s Garlic Paste. Add Hanson’s Fried Onions, parsley, mushrooms & simmer for six minutes. Add olives & salt & then the cream. Cover the pan & cook for five minutes. Cook pasta according to packet instructions. Add it to the pan & toss in with the sauce for a few seconds. Garnish with parsley & serve immediately.
