Prawns with Tomato & Cheese

Serves: 4

Ingredients:
  1. 750 gms Prawns
  2. 400 gms Tomato (peeled)
  3. 250 gms Green Feta Cheese
  4. 25 gms Chopped Onion
  5. 1 tsp Hanson’s Garlic Paste
  6. 7.5  ml Olive Oil
  7. 25 gms Scallions
  8. Oregano (a pinch)
  9. Salt & pepper (for taste)

 

Method:

Heat oil in a saucepan, saut√© onion & Hanson’s Garlic Paste. Add prawns, scallions, tomato & oregano. Cook till half done. Place the prawns in dish with & cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 220 C for 10 minutes. Garnish with olive & onion.
