Mutton Kidney & Liver

Mutton Kidney & Liver by Nighat Nadeem

Serves 3

Ingredients:
  1. 150 gms Liver (sliced)
  2. 150 gms kidney (sliced)
  3. 1 small Onion (sliced)
  4. 1 ½ tbsp Canola Oil
  5. 1 tbsp Hanson’s Green Chilli Paste
  6. 1 small Tomato (sliced)
  7. 2 Spring Onion (chopped)
  8. 1 tbsp Coriander Leaves (chopped)
  9. ½ tsp Cumin Powder
  10. ½ tsp Curry Powder

 

Method:

Heat oil in a wok. Add the onion slices & sauté for four minutes. Add the shredded liver, kidney & sauté. Add the curry powder, cumin powder & salt. Cook well. When the liver & kidney are done, add the tomato slices, coriander, Hanson’s Green Chilli Paste & spring onion. Sauté for two more minutes. Remove from heat & transfer to a serving plate.
